ABOUT:  Gaynor’s background in event planning, public speaking and life coaching began over 27 years ago in and through non-profit based events, corporate retreats, hospitality and marriage mentorship programs. Gaynor has helped plan and execute large scale events and has a complete understanding of all the elements that go along with planning and coordinating Social, Wedding and Corporate events.

Gaynor draws her inspiration and expertise of event design from her world travels and so fully understands that every event is unique in it’s own way.

What Gaynor adores most are the relationships she feels fortunate to build with clients so that she truly gets to know the individual’s personality and style, incorporating that into every aspect of the planning process.

It was during the early years of being a stay home mom that her love for floral arranging and all things wedding, started her on a journey of being involved in small business start ups and ownership. Inspired Life Events was birthed and has successfully served many client's over the years with beautiful events.

Gaynor focuses attention on every detail and her ability to stay calm under pressure with confidence, combined with her creativity, positive, hard work ethic and organizational skills is able to be involved with the planning process from start to finish.

Gaynor’s love for people is evident in her everyday life where her passion to see people succeed, whether working together with her team, other event professionals in the industry or coming alongside a bride and groom on their wedding planning journey, there is something to be said about someone who absolutely finds joy in what she does.

ME:  I have had the honor of being “the bride’s mom” 3 times, and have been on the front row of the emotional and relational high’s and lows that wedding planning puts on the bridal couple, family and friends, and so on that note, I am also the first to say, please consider hiring a  Wedding Planner to assist you on this fun but unusually stressful journey.

I was born and raised South African, immigrating to the USA almost 12 years ago, and have had the privilege of becoming a citizen of the USA. My husband and I have been married for 39 years. We have 3 gorgeous married daughters, 3 fantastic son-in-laws and together we have 9 amazing grandchildren who are my absolute treasure.

My joys are obviously spending time relaxing with my family, gardening, cooking, vintage thrift stores, good music and dancing, and of course snuggled up on the sofa watching a good movie while enjoying a good Pino.

My goal is to orchestrate a personalized wedding day with reflections on who you are as a bridal couple and what your needs might require through creative styling, careful project management and coordination, leaving a lasting impression filled with many happy memories.
